The Reservoir is situated in beautiful countryside and yet is only half a mile from the main Sheffield to Manchester road (A6102). The bankside facilities include a clubhouse with licensed bar, kitchen and changing rooms. Sunday afternoons and Wednesday evenings are the main sailing sessions when racing is organised. On Wednesday evenings, after racing, most people stay on at the club for supper and a drink at the bar, (low alcohol/non alcoholic drinks are available).
